How we use your details.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, and the details of what you need. When you send your cart or a message on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own terms.

Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. We don't see it until you send it to us.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request: to contact you, clarify what you need, prepare and send your quote, and deliver or install what you order. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Quote requests are stored securely on our website server and can only be viewed by Techplug staff with an admin login. We share details with others only when it's needed to complete your order (for example, a delivery) or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to serve you and keep proper business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email info@techplug.co.zw or message us on WhatsApp and quote your reference number if you have one.
